Dr. Bala Saravanan qualified as a dentist in 2011 and obtained a Master in Business Administration from the London School of Commerce (LSC) in 2014. Having spent 3 years in both government and private practice, he swiftly learned where the mistakes were being done and devised strategies to improve them.

With an MBA and plenty of experience, Dr. Bala opened his first private practice, “The Dentist” in 2015. Without a delay, he converted the basic 2-chair practice to a 5-chair multi-specialty centre and in 2 years, he managed to organically build successful practices in Klang Valley under "The Dentist”. He then went on to form 32 Clicks, Co Work, Dent Protect and the rest of DC 360.

Siva is the Chief Financial Officer with 12 years of experience in finance, starting off as junior accounts executive by experience to a current role, both as a Chief Financial Officer and Director of a fast growing startup in the business of dentistry.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and is at the final stages of his qualification as a management accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Highly motivated professional and an excellent team player having worked closely with the CEO and other founding members of the business to drive and grow a business from an idea 4 years ago to a business valued at almost RM 20 million today with a proven track record of managing the company’s finances, assessing financial risks and opportunities, creating new revenue streams with the CEO, setting, and tracking of budgets, objectives and goals.

He is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer for both Pinnacle Dental Group and DC 360 Group of companies.

Arvind Rampal is the COO of Pinnacle Dental Group, a specialist in business turnaround and strategy execution. He has an Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Nottingham University, UK and a Bachelors of Commerce in Accounting from University of Queensland Australia.

During the past 10 years he has worked across the Middle East (Managing Director for the largest training provider in Qatar) and Asia Pacific (Regional Director for the Marcus Evans group where he led a start up subsidiary within the group that expanded to over 6 offices internationally through ensuring continuous business growth). His work engagements have spanned the breadth of the medical device, pharmaceuticals, healthcare , and telecommunications industries. He has been working with DC360 since 2020 to streamline and increase profitability across the group and now steers the helm for Pinnacle Dental Group.

Ashwin Chockalingam has had stints at Ernst & Young (EY), Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO) in London, with his experience covering private equity, investment banking, real estate, credit, structuring and tax.

He graduated from the London School of Economics with a First Class Honours in BS.c. Accounting & Finance. He is also a Chartered Accountant.

Major General Dato Dr Sukri Graduated from University of Malaya in Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1981. In 1984, he completed his Diploma in Dental Public Health at the Eastman Dental School in London, England. He was employed by the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF) for 35 years since 1981 with his last appointment being the Dental Director under Health Services Division of the MAF [2006-2016].

Eric joined the Dental industry in the year 2004. He has worked with some of the major brands throughout his tenure including Amedix Sdn Bhd, DKSH, NTC Dental Suppliers, 3M Malaysia, Nobel Biocare Ltd, Galla Dental Corporation, and Dentium Malaysia. He serves PDG supporting the purchasing, inventory management, supplier relationship management functions.
